Today we continue to push our strength focus with some deadlifts followed by hip thrusts as an accessory movement. We have also programmed some “Body Armor” work as well. A “Body Armor” piece is designed not just to develop strength but also to help protect us from injury (ie armor). These movements will give us a strong base to allow us to continue to trade hard safely.
