BARBELL CLUB BEGINS

BARBELL CLUB START TOMORROW

Our AM barbell club starts tomorrow at 6:30 AM. We are excited for another batch of athletes to smash there old PR’s!

 

STRENGTH WOD

 

4 rounds:

6 Single Leg RDLS (6 each leg)

10 Hip Extensions

1:00 Low Plank

Hip Extensions-

WOD

 

10 minute AMRAP:

10 Pull ups

10 Push ups

10 Box Jumps

 Coach’s Tip:  Focus on the Strength portion today.  All these accessory movements will help develop your posterior chain (backside of your body) and have carry over into your Back Squat.  Finish off the metcon with some great push-up movement (getting ready for “Murph”).  Remember, stay true to form, move with a purpose.
