Hey athletes! Lots of accessory work for tomorrow. This is to help keep our strength well rounded with some movements we don’t often do. No need to max out any of the movements (weight wise) but you should challenge yourself with the weights. Big focus is going to be on a controlled lowering of the movement and explosive execution.
