Hey athletes!  A new week with a ton of gymnastics and tough workouts in both the regular programming and the extra programming.  This weeks focus for our gymnastics cycle with be on work capacity, so think high reps.  Make sure you are mobilizing after each session to help cut down on the soreness.  For the HSPUs, focus on keeping your low back and hips against the wall when loading up for the kip and not bringing your knees too far down before driving the legs up.  For the Core work, our focus is going to be on keeping our spine stable while hinging and carry heavy objects.
