Hey athletes!  Last week of our Olympic Lifting cycle.  We will go for a 1RM Clean & Jerk on Saturday and 1RM Snatch next Monday.  Expect pretty much all Olympic lifting work this week with much less volume, getting you ready to hopefully hit some big numbers.





6 x 2 @ 73% of 1RM Clean & Jerk


Snatch High Pull

5 x 3 @ 45-60% of 1RM Snatch

*get reset in your starting position each time
