Hey athletes!  Overhead Squats on deck for tomorrow!  We will work on them for some strength work with the focus being stability in the bottom position.  This will help translate into being comfortable in that position and catching snatches during a full movement.  For the metcon we have some gymnastics pulling with some more lighter OHS and of course the Assault Bike to finish out Assault Bike week!




Overhead Squat

3-3-3-3 (w/ 2 second pause at bottom each rep)




10 min AMRAP:

5 Pullups

7/5 Cal bike

9 Overhead Squats




7 min to find a heavy Snatch (full)


Sc Pullups/Ring Rows, 75/55

Rx C2B, 95/65

Rx+ Bar MUs, 95/65
