Hey athletes!  A good amount of Snatch Accessory work for tomorrow to start off the week.  We have a really tough metcon on Tuesday that we want you to focus on so we will start the week off light.  These accessory movements take a ton of focus, speed, and precision in their execution.  Take the time to warm up, spend 10 minutes on empty barbell work, then hit the accessory.

3 x 3 Drop Snatch

3 x 3 Hang Snatch Pull
