2/6/2019 — Crossfitcove


Hey athletes!  Focus for tomorrow is on recovery and mobility.  This is meant to be done after the regular Cove workout as a way to start the recovery process.  The pace on the bike should be extremely light, one where you can have a conversation with someone and not be out of breath.  Then hit some mobility to finish up the day.




10 min bike at a light recovery pace




Spend at least 2 minutes in the following stretches:

-Banded Couch Stretch (each leg)

-Banded Hamstring Stretch (each leg)

-Puppy Dog (upper back/shoulders)

-Lying Chest Opener (each side)

-Quad Stretch
