Hey athletes!  We have a little twist on 18.1 for tomorrow.  Start off with a little endurance work followed by some strength.  All movements for the metcon should try to be unbroken as the sets are small.  You do end up spending a lot of time on the rower but you should never fully be out of breath.  For the Clean & Jerk both the power and squat variations are acceptable.

10 DB Hang Clean & Jerks (5 on each)- 50/35
