2/11/2019 — Crossfitcove


Hey athletes!  We have about 2 weeks until the Open starts.  We are going to cut down on the volume, use the regular Cove programming as our conditioning, and use this as more skill work.  Tomorrow is skill work for the Snatch.  Only increase weight if your set feels fluid and smooth.





Every 2 minutes for 14 min:

1 Power Snatch

1 Hang Snatch (full)

1 OHS (2 sec pause at bottom)

*increase as desired
