Open Gym 9a-Noon (NO YOGA!)

NO YOGA today, but the gym is Open for all your fitness needs with normal open gym times. Get in a sweat before you devour all of that chocolate! For anyone working out, here’s Monday’s workout (so avoid or do not overdo any of these movements!)




For time:

800m run

 Then 10 rounds of:

5 Pullups

10 Pushups

15 Air Squats

800m Run

Time Cap: 25 min


4 rounds

10 Partner Glute Ham Raise

8 DB Bulgarian Split Lunge (each leg)


Coach’s Tip:  “Murph” prep for our main course followed by some accessory work for dessert.  This will be a great gauge to see what you may need to work on to get ready for the Memorial Day workout.
