-HS Walk Practice

30-20-10 reps each of-

P: 115/75, 25 ft HS Walk

O: 135/95, 50 ft HS Walk


Coach’s Tip:  Great skill work for Handstands and Handstand Walking.  Take some time to work on a couple different skills and mods.
