UPDATED SCHEDULE CHANGE

 UPDATED THANKSGIVING SCHEDULE 

 

  • WEDNESDAY: No 7:30 PM class
  • THURSDAY (THANKSGIVING DAY):  9am and 10am.  We’ll open the gym for two classes only so you can sweat it out before all of that food!  No sitter coverage.
  • FRIDAY: Noon class only. No sitter coverage.
  • SATURDAY:  Regular schedule.
  • SUNDAY:  Regular Yoga, Cove Kids, and Open Gym 9a-Noon

 

STRENGTH

 

14 minutes to establish a heavy reps of the following complex-

1 Squat Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean

 

WOD

 

10 rounds-

6 Hang Squat Cleans

9 Pull-Ups

 

Time Cap: 13 min

 

Fx: 95/65

P: 115/75

O: 115/75, C2B

 

Coach’s Tip: Two pulling motions for the metcon but the Hang Squat Cleans should be all about pulling yourself under the bar to front squat it, not pulling it as high as you can.
