SUNDAY KIDS CLASS AND OPEN GYM 9A-NOON

It’s Sunday Funday!  Bring your little fire-breathers in for some CrossFit Kids with Coach Katie at 9-9:45 (ages 4-7) AND 9:45-10:30 (ages 8-11). Drop-ins welcome!

Open Gym will run 9a – Noon and close promptly at Noon tomorrow.  We know some of you like to linger, but plan accordingly tomorrow.  And lastly, while we assume most of you will NOT be squatting at Open Gym based on the week we’ve had, here’s Monday’s WOD to ensure don’t come in sore Monday!
