Hey athletes! We have been hitting it hard this week so we have some hypertrophy and midline work for Friday. This is a little less intense but still equally important to our development as athletes. For the hypertrophy work try to use the same set of DBs for all movements but if you have to break it up go a little heavier for the DB Back Flies. This is all about developing some lean muscle mass so that our bodies can continue to hold up from the workouts that we put them through and remain injury free. Get rested and ready for a SOLID SEND IT SATURDAY!
