Next week we will be offering a special free series of CrossFit 101 classes for kids from the ages of 10 to 13 years old. Our most recent set of CrossFit family classes has shown that we have a number of young men and women who are interested in working out like their parents and we want to scratch that healthy itch. Each class will be focused on teaching kids the fundamentals movements we see in our classes. Our goal is to create a positive association to exercise and the pursuit of fitness. T
Our CrossFit Kids Foundations classes with be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 5:30 PM. Spots are limited so if you are interested in getting your child in the program or if you have any questions please email us at Info@CrossFitCove.com
