If you have yet to hit 18.2, Monday is the last day. Remember to secure your own judge and use the back clock (and be aware that the regular class takes precedence on space and equipment).

And lastly, do not forget to submit your scores to!  YOU must enter your score by 8PM EST and we will validate it!




Strict Press 3/3/3/3/3 (build up in load)

10 Bent Over T’s after each set

10 Banded Pull a parts after each set



10 Pull Ups

10 Burpees

10 1 Arm DB Clean and Jerk (5 each arm)

5 Rounds

Open: Chest to bar

Getting some strict press in Monday with some shoulder health work.  Followed up with a metcon that should be around the 12 minute range. Should be a good start to the week!
