Hey athletes! We will be starting to incorporate and build on our strict pulling power and developing our pullups eventually ending with Bar Muscles Ups. We will be increasing our work capacity over the next few weeks so please, no need to do more that what is prescribed. We are looking to clean up our kips and/or butterfly techniques. Don’t worry, we have PLENTY of weightlifting left this week!!
