Hey athletes! Last week of our Olympic Lifting cycle. We will go for a 1RM Clean & Jerk on Saturday and 1RM Snatch next Monday. Expect pretty much all Olympic lifting work this week with much less volume, getting you ready to hopefully hit some big numbers.
