MARK YOUR CALENDARS! The social event of the year is upon us! On January 26th (Saturday night) at 7:30p we will be throwing our Fourth Annual Anniversary Bash! Attendance is REQUIRED, so book those sitters and block out those calendars! This NOT our typical workout and potluck type of party. We turn the Cove into a true “Cove Club” (think DJ, drinks and more!) so come dressed to impress and ready to celebrate all things Cove!!!!

Coach’s Tip: Different type of strength work that is a mix of strength and max work capacity. The metcon features a lot of pulling and forearm work so break your sets up smartly and don’t go to failure.
