3:30 “TEST CLASS” TUESDAY!
Sure it was re-test day (always highly attended) and it IS the first full week back after the New Year, but it was SO COOL to see so many turn out for the first test 3:30 class on Monday. Tuesday will also have a 3:30, so come on in and be part of the pilot program!
BABES AND BARBELLS BRUNCH SUNDAY (OPEN GYM ENDS AT 11)!
Lovely ladies of Cove! We are hoping to see all of you at the 4th annual Babes Barbells and Brunch. We will be hitting a workout at 11, then having brunch immediately after. Electric skillets will be set up so we can make eggs, pancakes, waffles, sausage, whatever, while we sip on Mimosas, Bloody Marys, or your beverage of choice. Once we get a good head count we likely will post some sort of dish sign up sheet so no one is bringing too much. This is always a fun event that makes all the fellas jealous and is an awesome opportunity to get to know those fierce females you only ever see crushing it on WODIFY. More details to come!

Fitness: 95/65 (5 Burpee Pullups)
Coach’s Tip: All shoulders today with a chance to work on different type of presses. Push Jerks in the metcon should be done unbroken. Double Unders shouldn’t take anymore than 1 min.
