For all those athletes that are feeling it from a hard week of training, this Saturday we have Coach Ashley at 8:15. Below is Monday’s workout. We are excited for the Paleo Challenge retest on Monday.

Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes 

10 Straight Leg Kipping Toes to Bar (Toes do not have to touch the bar) 

8 V ups

8 Push ups


Paleo Challenge Retest

35 Wall Balls

20 Box Jumps

12 min AMRAP
