I am your friendly neighborhood nutrition, fitness, and wellness coach. In 2013, two years before becoming a coach, I was eager to make a change, just like you. I struggled with poor choices in my diet, relationships, and everything else that comes with all that. I have managed to overcome those poor habits and I want to help you overcome yours!
Having struggled with being overweight most of my life and trying every fad diet and exercise, I could not understand why I was not progressing. The curiosity led me to dive deeper into the why’s. I was consistent in the external factors but what about the internal factors? The objective is to coach you through some of the factors that may be limiting you from making progress.
THE NEED FOR NUTRITION COACHING
Are those fad diets not cutting it anymore and are you tired of the scale tipping in the wrong direction? Maybe you are confused about why you are not hitting your goals and as a result, you feel unmotivated.
Based on popular demand, we all have an “idea” of what we need to eat based on our goals. But is this popular demand (Intermittent fasting, Keto, Paleo) working for you? Has it worked for you? Maybe for a time. But did it actually stick?
Let’s face it, there really isn’t a “one size fits all” plan or a “magic diet”. After all, we are all different. We require different things to keep us thriving. But what is your secret recipe? Where do we even start to build that recipe? This is why we believe in the power of positive coaching and this is why this program exists.
