One’s connection and experience with a gym is highly personal. While we try to set up expectations and describe the CrossFit Cove verbally and visually on this site, nothing can compare to stepping into the gym and feeling it for yourself. We offer two options to allow you to experience the gym before making a decision.

Cove Foundations / Intro Classes
For those that are new to CrossFit, we offer small group CrossFit 101 classes (also called “Foundations”) where our coaches will help perfect your movements so that you can safely experience all the benefits of our program. This is a two-class program where each session focuses on teaching different key CrossFit exercises and includes a workout incorporating what we’ve learned in that class. You will learn a ton, get in a great sweat and probably even have some fun along the way.
We offer these classes for free to those new to CrossFit so that you can get a feel for the Cove and how we can help you with your fitness We limit these classes to just 5 people. Free Week Trial
Are you new to the area or just looking for a new box? Local athletes with CrossFit experience can come try out the Cove for a free 7-day trial of classes to see if it’s a good fit for you. We’d love to have you! Email us at info@crossfitcove.com and we can set you up.
Drop-in to the Cove
Visiting the Columbia area and looking to get in a great workout? We’ve got you covered!
We only ask the following:
- You have some CrossFit experience
- You come ready to meet some awesome people
- You wait until the last athlete is finished before cleaning your weights up
Pricing:
- Our drop in fee is $20.
- We also offer a week-long pass for $45, so if you plan on dropping in more than twice in a week, this is the way to go.
