Pre/Postnatal Fitness

At the Cove, we believe in supporting athletes in every stage of life, this includes our pregnant and postpartum population. While we always recommend our athletes speak with their physician before starting or continuing an exercise program while pregnant, movement, breath work and endurance are all a part of childbirth, at the Cove,  provide an environment and programming for our athletes to maintain a level of fitness safely, with guidance throughout their pregnancy.
