Yoga is included in all monthly Cove memberships. Yoga for athletes at the Cove focuses on flexibility, mobility, and stability for our community to recover right and prevent injury. Most postures are modified to fit the needs based off the weekly programming. We tune in to count our breath instead of a running clock to de-stress and soften common sore spots:

We occasionally incorporate props like bands and blocks to support us as well.
Meet Katie Ficca
Coach Katie leads this weekly offering on Sunday mornings. With years of practice, she is a certified vinyasa instructor as well as an aerial and SUP yoga instructor. She loves getting creative to cure tight bodies and enjoys introducing new people to the practice.
