The Covies are set to invade Ellicott City for the 2nd Annual Cove Pub Crawl! Get ready for a day of fun as we hit bar after bar in beautiful, historic Ellicott City. This event CANNOT be missed! Coach’s Tip: We will prep the shoulders with some good shoulder mobility and then hit a shoulder burner! Going from Push Press into Push Ups will be hard…and yes, that is the point. Keep yourself honest with your push ups and make sure you have a good progression plan in place if you start to struggle. The coaches can help you with this, but things like hand release, banded or knee push ups are all options to think about!
