20 1 Arm DB Clean and Jerk
200 M Run
30 1 Arm DB Power Snatch
400 M Run
40 1 Arm DB Clean and Jerk
600 M Run
50 1 Arm DB Power Snatch
800 M run
25 Minute Time Cap
All movements with the DB are done from the hanging position. Please do not drop the dumbbells. Alternate arms after each rep. 20= 10 on each side.
Coach’s Tip: Weather is calling for very high temps Thursday, so if you prefer to row (vs run), that’s just fine! We will just up the meters slightly to 300, 500, 750 and 1000.
