FINAL COVE KIDS OUTDOOR CLASS
This Sunday starting at 11 AM we will have our final of our Cove Kids outdoor classes (we are looking to follow this program up with an indoor option, so stay tuned). To celebrate our final class we want to encourage any kids that want to dress up for a Halloween themed class to please do. These classes are focused on fun just as much as fitness and tomorrow should be no different.
SUNDAY HOURS
10 AM: COVE YOGA
10:45 AM TO NOON: OPEN FYM
11 AM: OUTDOOR COVE KIDS CLASS
NOON: BARBELL CLUB
Last class of this session & we are gonna have a festive, fun one as the next session won’t begin until 11/1…more to come on that!
Just a reminder, try to have the kids go to the bathroom prior to class and they will need a yoga mat and a water bottle.
