GREAT STUFF STARTING NEXT WEEK!
Monday starts the Fresh Start Challenge and the kickoff of the New Year’s Nutrition Challenge. For the Fresh Start, we will have 12 women in dedicated classes at 7:30pm M, W and Fridays. If you are coming or going around that time, please give them a warm Cove welcome and a fist pump! Our nutrition challenge athletes will be embarking on a clean eating journey for 35 days, so as always, be supportive (and try not to invite them out for drinks until it is done!). We have 40+ athletes and coaches participating and we can’t wait to see the amazing results.

Coach’s Tip: The faster you work, the more rest you get. If you do not finish each of the movements in the time domain, just move onto the next and note how many reps you knocked out. Since you have a partner and rest is baked in while they work, challenge yourself with a heavier barbell or KB!
