HERO WOD MONDAY – DT

Today’s Hero is a hybrid hero wod in honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on February, 20 2009 when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy Davis had just turned 28 and would have been married for five years next month. He met his wife, Meagan, while training at Fairchild Air Force Base near Spokane. The couple had a 1-year-old son, Timmy Jr. Today’s workout is in memory of his sacrifice and thoughts go out to him and his family.
