We will be posting to the Cove Club FB page (and here) about any weather announcements. Those of you who have been here a while know we do anything possible to keep the gym open during inclement weather, but we’ll never risk the safety of our coaches to get there if it’s really bad!

Coach’s Tip: Great long non-barbell workout and good way to end the week! Have fun with it and don’t dog the first movement because you are scared of the next. Go for it!
