OPEN GYM 9a – NOON
It was great to see so many friends from CrossFit Federal Hill drop in while their home box was closed for the Level 1 Certification. Please know you are all welcome to come on down again for Open Gym!Make up a missed WOD, mobilize or just come hang out. We’ll be open from 9a to Noon!
