Coach’s Tip: Efficiency in double unders is key here as it is your ‘rest’. If you struggle with doubles, make day’s focus on finding an easy rhythm and consider scaling volume. Your shoulders will be tired from the pull ups, so really keep those elbows in tight on the rope and relax those shoulders down. The movement is driven from the wrist, not the shoulder!
Not only has Gerard S. gotten so much stronger, his gains in movement quality are nothing short of amazing. He came to us with knee issues, struggled to get to parallel with squatting … and now he does this. Wow. Congrats Gerard. Hard work DOES pay off!
