STRENGTH WOD
Take 10 minutes to find a heavy 1 Rep Snatch
WOD
For 20 minutes:
Even: Max Cals on the Rower in 30 seconds (rest 30 seconds)
Odd: 3 Snatches at (75-80% of 1 Rep for the day)
Fitness: Power Snatch
RX (performance): Squat Snatch
RX+ (open): Squat Snatch
COACH’S TIP: This is one of those that looks fairly easy on paper, but is freaking hard when you get to minute 10. The goal should be to step of the rower, walk over to the barbell and hit three quick singles. Have at least 30 seconds rest to get back on the rower.
