JULY 4TH HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
To give everyone time to enjoy the holiday with family and friends, we are doing a modified schedule on July 4th. Here’s what it looks like:
This week: regular schedule
Saturday 7/1: regular schedule (9a/10a/11a)
Sunday 7/2: open gym 9a – noon (no yoga)
Monday 7/3: regular schedule
Tuesday 7/4: 9a, 10a and 11a (will run the same as our weekend schedule with kid’s coverage for the 9am)
7/5 Wednesday: regular schedule

Take 15 minutes at Each Station Score your combine loads for one final total. Put MM/FM/FF team in the notes.
Station 1: Find a 5 Rep Max Floor Press
Station 2: Find a 3 Rep Max Deadlift
Station 3: Find a 1 Rep Max Back Squat
Coach’s Tip: Working with a partner should give you a good amount of rest between sets. Although we are looking to push heavy weight we do not want to suffer position. Bracing is key to maintain good spinal position.
