Coach’s Tip: Deadlifts and squats (a wall ball is basically an explosive squat) are a great couplet. Deadlifts tend to be more hamstring oriented while wall balls tend to demand more from the quads. Although you may focus on how it feels in those legs, your focus needs to be on the midline (core).
