CROSSFIT LEVEL ONE AT THE COVE  

In February we were honored to host the CrossFit Level II seminar at the Cove and they were so happy with our gym, that they have asked us to host the Level I clinic at the Cove. This is a great opportunity for the gym to provide educational opportunities for our coaches so that they can provide a better coaching product for all of our classes. We hate to do this so soon after our most recent seminar, but in an effort to help CrossFit and specifically our friends at CrossFit Federal Hill, we are going to host the Level I seminar at the Cove this coming Saturday and Sunday.  We are going to have a 6:30 AM class on Saturday and a special Open Gym on Saturday and Sunday evening at 6:00 PM.  We do not plan to have these seminars regularly, rather this is a unique circumstance this month.
