New Year’s Day Observed (Monday): Modified Schedule. No 5:30/6:30am classes.

20 Unbroken KB Swings
Partner runs 1 Cove Suicide
Alternate until as a team you reach 160 KB Swings
**For the partner 1 should be done their suicide before partner 2 is done the row or KB Swing. The should have time for a quick rest before switching stations. For the 100 Slam Balls just work as a team to get it done with one person working at a time.
