OPEN GYM AND YOGA
We are excited to announce that this week we will be bringing back indoor yoga with Coach Katie F. Her class will be on Sunday from 10 AM to 10:45 AM and she has been nice enough to Facebook live the class for those members that can’t make it into the gym. So take your recovery to the next level this Sunday.
Open gym will follow from 10:45 to noon.
