ANOTHER 4:30 CLASS ADDED TUESDAYS!
We’ve decided to add yet another 4:30 class to the schedule on TUESDAYS. We’ve been seeing many more people getting in early to do the WODs during Open Gym and it only seemed fitting to add another official 4:30 class to the current schedule (adding to the current Monday/Friday 4:30 classes). Some informal polling and the fact that Tuesdays are our second most attended days led us to this decision so we hope it works for many of you.
We are excited for another great week of workouts and hope to see you all at the box!
STRENGTH WOD
We will take twelve minutes to perform:
3 Power Cleans + 3 Hanging Squat Cleans
Rest 15-20 seconds
Max Reps of HSPU
Rest and add weight for the next set of Cleans
Repeat 4 times
– Cleans should be increasing in load with each set; goal is to get heavy!
– If you can not get over 5 HSPU with only 1-2 abmats then scale to a seated KB strict press with no back support. Pick a weight where you can get over 5 presses.
– If you can go strict go strict!
