Quarantine Open starts Monday
It has been a fantastic week of workoutsas Coach Daniel has introduced us to some fun “new” movements like frontsters, purpees, and atomic sit ups. We have been able to keep our fitness up despite being locked out of the gym.
We can only imagine as Coach Daniel has up his sleeve as we head into the Quarantine Open. We have almost 50 people signed up and we are looking for more. Come be part of this fun gym wide event.
