Coach’s Tip: The weather is supposed to be really nice so lets get in a good running day! The weight on the snatches should be something you can move while fatigued. For those of you who are new or who haven’t hit all the running routes, the above should help you. The turn arounds are marked with green paint but it’s hard to see in the dark so we hope the above guidance is useful!
