Coach’s Tip: Take your time in the warm up for the 10 rep backsquat. Unlike retesting a ONE rep max back squat you will not have 3 attempts to get a PR. We would suggest working up to 90% for 5 Reps then jumping to a PR attempt. For the metcon, the power clean load should be unbroken every round.
