SKILL WOD
Spend 10-15 minutes working on Kipping and Pull Up progressions.
During the skill work stop every 3-4 minutes for 5 I’s, Y’s and T’s.
– “Stick to the basics and when you feel you’ve mastered them its time to start over again. This time paying closer attention.” This quote resonated with us as it is a good reminder to wrap your head around honing the “basics”. 10 minutes could be spend on kipping, kipping pull up progressions and kipping pull ups.

Coach’s Tip: This is a re-test from May 20th. The weight is should be something light and something you an move in BIG sets early on! If you are new to doubles, consider scaling the volume as you don’t want to spend much more than a minute on each round on the rope.
