Several have asked about Andrew’s Filty Fifty WOD on SUNDAY at 11am. While this is a challenging workout no matter how you cut it, we will run it as both an individual WOD OR a partner WOD. Those newer to CrossFit or who need to develop some of the movements should do the workout in pairs and scale accordingly. Even if you split the reps it will be a great workout. We promise! For time: 50 Box jump, 24/20 50 Jumping pull-ups 50 Kettlebell swings, 35/26 Walking Lunge, 50 steps 50 Knees to elbows 50 Push press, 45/35 50 Back extensions 50 Wall ball shots, 20/14 50 Burpees 50 Double unders
