24.1 IS HERE!
We got Friday’s workout from CrossFit.com and it is a super challenging burpee + dumbbell snatch workout.
If you haven’t signed up on games.crossfit.com or on the Cove whiteboard, there is still time. The Open workouts are for some reason special and we hope that many of you can participate.
24.1 will be the workout for the entire day at the Cove but the plan is to have big classes at the 5:45 PM class. If you did the workout earlier in the day, come on in to cheer your fellow Cove athletes.
We will also be going to the Reckless Shepard for a post-Ppen celebration and all are invited. Check out the Cove Private Facebook group for updates on when we should get there.
