COACH JOSH GOODBYE WOD
April 30th 2015 this fresh-faced kid came to the Cove single, just out of school and trying to hold onto his college baseball fitness. In his 6+ years here he’s logged over 1100 workouts in Wodify (but many more actually performed), coached countless hours, married a beautiful soul, had a delicious baby, started a new career and now is more fit than most humans out there. Join us THIS SATURDAY as we say “See ya, not goodbye” to Coach Josh. All classes will be running a special workout designed just for him. “Pale Lightning Will Strike Again” is the name of the WOD, but also the truth!
